The rules for using NorAiO services.
1. Acceptance
By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Fair Use
No illegal activities, abuse, or attempts to circumvent security.
4. Intellectual Property
Service content is owned by NorAiO. Customer data remains the customer’s.
5. Warranties & Liability
Service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for breach. You may stop using the service anytime.
7. Governing Law
Norway law, courts of Oslo, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
